1. This is a privately-owned, PUBLIC use website and is considered appropriate for all ages. IdaVista is not responsible for the content of any information posted to this public site and does not assume or accept any responsibility or liability for said content. Upon Registration you are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions present in this document at the time of your registration. This document is subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions present before you register.
2. Registration is required to post to this site. The terms of registration are:
   1. Compliance with all rules and guidelines in this document.
   2. Registration is accomplished by creating a user profile. When your profile is successfully created, the password that will allow you to post will be automatically sent to you via the e-mail address that you provided when creating the profile.
   3. Profiles registered with bogus, terminated, abandoned or otherwise dysfunctional e-mail addresses are subject to deactivation or deletion. If the e-mail address you use(d) to create a profile is abandoned or becomes otherwise invalid, please notify us (admin at idavista dot com) so that your address can be changed and your profile kept active.
   4. IdaVista reserves the right to delete or edit posts or suspend individuals for violation of the rules. To avoid suspension, participants should be particularly familiar with the rules concerning inappropriate behavior discussed in paragraph 3.
3. Inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited on this site. Inappropriate behavior is defined below.
   1. Using information provided on this site to publicly Defame, Slander, or make fun of other users of this site.
   2. Posting inappropriate photographs including pornography, violence, or any other image that other users may find offensive.
   3. Using information provided on this site to stalk, threaten, intimidate or otherwise harass other users of this site.
   4. Spam is strictly prohibited
4. All images posted on this website are considered copy written by the respective user. Uploading images that could be considered copy written by anyone other than the registered user can be considered copyright infringement and is the responsibility of the user. IdaVista assumes no liability for copyright infringement by the users of this site.
5. Downloading images for personal or commercial use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner of the image.
6. Upon Registration you may recieve periodic emails from the administrator of this site to inform you of updates as well as to notify you of new registered users that would closely match your profile. Your email address will remain private and will not be sold to any outside agency. You may however allow other users to contact you via email which will allow your email to be seen by others. IdaVista assumes no liability for any emails of questionable content you might recieve from other users of this site or spammers that obtain your email address from this site.
7. IdaVista has implemented functions that protect the privacy of minors by blocking access to personal information that could otherwise be used to locate or contact minors using the site. However, IdaVista has no way of validating age and assumes no liability in the event that a minor gives false information upon registering on this site.  Minors are advised to consult with their parents prior to registering on this site.
